Services

We give growing businesses the agentic systems that large companies build in-house: AI agents connected to their tools, carrying out real workflows, with people approving what matters. We build them, integrate them and keep them running.

Agentic workflows we build

  • Invoicing and collections

Invoices raised from orders and delivery notes and sent on time; payments tracked, reminders prepared and receipts matched to your accounts.

  • Inventory and procurement

Stock tracked against demand, reorders proposed before you run short, purchase orders drafted for approval and supplier follow-ups sent.

  • Customer support and enquiries

Website, WhatsApp and email requests captured and routed together. AI can handle routine questions and order-status updates, with conversations passed to a person when they need judgement or care.

  • Lead generation and follow-up

New leads found, recorded and followed up on time, so that interested customers are not lost between calls and messages.

  • Documents and data entry

Purchase orders, bills, forms and reports read and entered into your systems, with anything unclear flagged for a person.

  • Scheduling and reminders

Appointments booked and confirmed on WhatsApp, reminders and recalls sent, and missed appointments followed up.

  • Reporting and insight

A regular summary for owners: what is growing, what is slowing down and what needs a decision.

  • Marketing

Email, Instagram and other campaigns prepared and sent on a schedule, with the results recorded.

  • Web applications

Fast, secure websites and web applications that your team and customers can rely on, owned by your business.

  • Ongoing care

Monitoring, maintenance and improvements after launch, as the business and its tools change.

By industry

The same agentic building blocks, shaped to each industry's work and rules. These are examples of what we build; every system is designed around the business it serves.

  • Clinics and dental practices

Appointment booking and reminders on WhatsApp, patient intake before the visit, billing and invoices, check-up recalls, and stock of consumables. Agents handle the administration; clinical decisions stay with the clinician.

  • Hospitals and diagnostic centres

Enquiry and appointment handling, report-ready notifications, billing support, insurance (TPA) claim document preparation, and pharmacy and consumables inventory.

For healthcare businesses, patient data is handled with consent, kept in India and never used to train AI models.

  • Distributors, traders and suppliers

Quotes from enquiries, order tracking, stock and replenishment, batch and expiry tracking, GST invoices and credit collections. See our work with Tibbi Traders.

  • Retail and D2C brands

Order and return queries, catalogue and stock updates across channels, repeat-purchase follow-ups and campaign scheduling.

  • Professional firms

Client document collection, deadline tracking, first drafts for review, time and billing records, and client updates, for accounting, legal and consulting firms.

  • Service businesses

Job booking and scheduling, field-team updates, quotes and invoices, and follow-up after the job.

If your business runs on repeated steps, messages and spreadsheets, there is an agentic workflow in it. Tell us about yours: hello@deepbuild.tech.

How an engagement runs

  1. Understand

We map how the work is done today, and where time and customers are lost.

  2. Build

We build the smallest system that removes the work, on building blocks we have already proven.

  3. Integrate

We connect agents to the tools you already use: WhatsApp, email, your website, spreadsheets, accounting and billing software, and your inventory or practice-management system.

  4. Run and improve

We maintain and extend it. Changes that affect your customers are reviewed by a person before they go live.

Your systems and data stay yours

Each client's application and data are kept separate from every other client's.

What we share across clients is know-how: proven ways to deploy, host and monitor systems. So each new project starts from work already done, without mixing one business's data with another's.

Our standard is to keep Indian clients' data in cloud regions in India.

Client: Tibbi Traders

Tibbi Traders supplies medical and laboratory consumables to hospitals, diagnostic centres, labs and distributors across Jharkhand and neighbouring regions.

DeepBuild is its technology partner. We built and run its web application and online catalogue at tibbitraders.com, and we built the agentic systems its team uses across sales and supply chain.

  • Enquiries and quotes

Requests arrive by WhatsApp, phone, email and the website, and each needs prices from a catalogue of hundreds of products. An agent reads each request, matches the products, drafts the quote for the sales team to approve, and follows up.

  • Repeat orders

Hospitals and labs reorder consumables on a cycle, and a missed reorder is a lost sale. An agent learns each buyer's ordering pattern and prompts the team before the buyer runs short.

  • Stock and replenishment

High-turnover items have to be in stock for urgent orders. An agent tracks stock against demand and flags what to reorder from suppliers, and when.

  • Batches, expiry and documents

Medical consumables carry batch numbers, expiry dates and documents such as certificates of analysis. An agent keeps them linked to every order, flags stock nearing expiry, and answers document requests.

  • Payments and follow-up

Supplying institutions often means payment on credit. An agent tracks what is due and prepares reminders, so that collections do not depend on memory.

  • Business insight

An agent prepares a regular summary for the owners: which products, customers and regions are growing, what is slowing down, and what needs attention.

The agents prepare, track and flag. People at Tibbi approve what goes to customers.
