Each brings together agents built for one field, with that field's knowledge, rules and documents, and a complete tool around them: the workflows, review screens, integrations and audit trail that professionals need to rely on it. Each is designed to stand as its own business.

The problem

Much of a CA firm's work is routine and deadline-driven, and it runs on its clients' most confidential financial data. A firm cannot send that data to a public AI service and still answer for its confidentiality. General-purpose AI tools are not built for that.

What we are building

An agentic assistant that the firm's own staff use for GST, income-tax filings, audit support and other routine work. Its agents understand each filing process end to end: they gather and check documents, prepare the work and track what is due. A qualified professional reviews it and stays responsible for what is filed or signed.

Private by design

The product is designed to run inside the firm's own environment, on its servers or in a private cloud, with AI models that run locally in that environment, so that client data does not leave the firm's control.

Data and obligations

  • Client information stays confidential, so that firms can meet their duty of confidentiality under the ICAI Code of Ethics.
  • Designed for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
  • Records kept for as long as the law requires; for GST, that is 72 months from the due date of the annual return (CGST Act, section 36).

The problem

Growing businesses make decisions every week on numbers that are late, scattered across accounting software, bank statements and spreadsheets. Few of them have a CFO.

What we are exploring

The assistant a CFO would want: agents that gather and reconcile the numbers, prepare the reports and flag what needs attention. A finance professional reviews and decides.

The problem

In most Indian homes, one adult manages the family's health, often for parents living in another city. Reports, prescriptions and readings are scattered across labs, clinics, WhatsApp chats and paper, and follow-ups slip through the cracks.

What we are building towards

A family health workspace with a team of specialist agents behind one front door. Each family member has one consented record. The agents work on it when a reading changes and when someone messages them, and every alert comes with a next step the family can approve in one tap.

  • Records: builds each person's record from photos, PDFs and ABDM, and shows how test results change over time.
  • Explainer: explains prescriptions and reports in plain language.
  • Medicines: dose schedules, reminders, adherence and refills.
  • Vitals: watches readings and wearables against each person's own baseline.
  • Appointments: books doctor visits and home tests, and tracks follow-ups.
  • Guardian: red-flag symptoms and daily check-ins for parents living alone.
  • Wellbeing: activity, food, sleep and stress, with Indian meals and doctors' limits in mind.

Safety and data

  • Agents explain, organise, remind and book. They never diagnose, prescribe or change a dose; doctors decide.
  • Red-flag symptoms and readings, on a list reviewed by a doctor, trigger an emergency path that overrides every other agent.
  • Every statement links back to the report, prescription or reading it came from.
  • Each adult owns their record and chooses what the family sees; consent is per person and can be withdrawn. Children's profiles need a parent's consent.
  • Designed for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, and built to plug into India's national digital health framework, the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.
  • Health data kept in India.

How we choose what to build

Our aim is to bring agentic AI to domains that have been left out of it: fields where expertise is deep, technology is thin, and the rules are strict.

Each product starts from a specific problem in a specific domain. We test it with the people who would use it, and map it against that domain's regulations, before we build.

Products that pass are built to stand on their own, with their own systems, their own data and, in time, their own company.
